From its lovely setting in peaceful Toiny, this inviting retreat offers beautiful sea views from its comfortably furnished rooms as well as its generous pool area. Villa Pétrel (a type of local seabird) is fully air-conditioned and includes a full complement of amenities. All bedrooms can be accessed from the interior of the house, making this villa an excellent option for families with younger children.

BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms are furnished with king beds and enjoy sea views. The third bedroom, with garden view, is furnished with twin beds. Each of the three bedrooms can be accessed from either the interior of the house or from the terrace. All have air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a personal safe, window screens and a private bath with shower.
LIVING / DINING: The tasteful, air-conditioned living and dining area is comfortably furnished and overlooks the pool and view. A TV room located on the mezzanine above the living room has US satellite TV and a DVD player. There is a dining table for eight adjacent to the kitchen and a second table on the covered terrace overlooking the view. Villa Pétrel is also equipped with a stereo CD system and a wireless Internet connection.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barths

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

3 bedrooms: $6,000 per week
2 bedrooms: $5,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $4,500 per week
2 bedrooms: $3,500 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
