This elegant villa enjoys lovely views of the countryside and the sea. Recently renovated, Villa Rêve d'Eté (Summer's Dream) offers excellent privacy and easy access to the popular restaurants and water sports of nearby Grand Cul-de-Sac Beach. The equal-sized king bedrooms make this an ideal villa for two couples. A smaller third bedroom works well for children, making Villa Rêve d'Eté an ideal hideaway for families as well.

BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and window screens. One bedroom is equipped with a safe.
LIVING / DINING: The spacious, airy living room opens onto the terrace and pool with views of the coast and sea beyond. Satellite TV with DVD and stereo CD gear provide the indoor entertainment. A dining table for six as well as additional seating areas are located on the covered terrace.
KITCHEN: The kitchen of Villa Rêve d'Eté is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
RESTRICTIONS: No children under 8 years of age (non-walking infants are OK); no pets
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
