RECREATION FACILITIES: Heated jacuzzi
BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms are located in the main house, one with a king bed, the other with twins that can be joined to create a king. These bedrooms open to the interior of the villa and have garden views. The master, located in a detached bungalow, is furnished with a king bed and enjoys a sea view. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, window screens, safes and private bathrooms with showers.
LIVING / DINING: The attractively furnished interior and exterior living areas both afford sensational views and comfortable seating. In addition to the view, the interior living area has ceiling fans, window screens, US satellite TV, DVD and CD players along with an iPod connection, and WiFi Internet access. There are several dining areas, one in the kitchen plus two others located on the terraces.
KITCHEN: Equipment in the ocean view kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There is an outdoor charcoal BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: January 11 to April 15
1, 2 or 3 bedrooms: $11,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $6,500 per week
2 bedrooms: $5,500 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
