Villa Le Roc offers sensational sea views, elegant terracotta floors and a very private location far from the tourist areas. Just a few minutes from charming Petit Cul-de-Sac beach and the restaurants of Grand Cul-de-Sac.

BEDROOMS: Each of the air-conditioned bedrooms opens onto the terrace and enjoys a view of the sea. Two bedrooms have king (or twin) beds while the third bedroom has a queen bed and a private safe. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, romantic Mombasa nettting and private baths with showers.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: The comfortable living room of Villa Le Roc is tastefully furnished and includes TV, VCR and stereo CD. The inviting interior dining area has a table for six to eight persons and the outside dining area under the gazebo can accommodate ten. The interior living and dining areas open onto the covered terrace surrounding the pool. Deck chairs and lounges. Outdoor BBQ. WiFi Internet access.
KITCHEN: A counter separates the kitchen from the inside dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ice-maker, blender, toaster, and coffee-maker. The kitchen has place settings for 12.
ACCESS/PARKING: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth. Parking for 6 cars.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
