This inviting, fully air-conditioned villa is perfectly placed on a quiet beach with beautiful sea views. It is one of those rare St. Barth's beachfront properties that includes both a pool and a jacuzzi. Anse des Cayes is one of the island's most convenient locations making Villa Sea-Sand-Sun just a few minutes' drive to the shopping and restaurants of Gustavia and St. Jean or the magnificent white sands of Flamands Beach.
RECREATION FACILITIES: Beachfront pool, jacuzzi and deck.
BEDROOMS: One bedroom is furnished with a king four-poster bed, the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and include private bathrooms with showers.
LIVING / DINING: The living area features lots of glass to take advantage of the view. There is an interior dining table for four and a second table located on the covered terrace. The villa is equipped with French satellite TV, VCR, DVD and stereo CD players and WiFi Internet access. Air-conditioned.
KITCHEN: Air-conditioning, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee-maker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
