RECREATION FACILITIES: Swimming pool. Private dock for sunning and dinghy access.
BEDROOMS: Each luxurious, very private bedroom includes its own seaview terrace and dramatic views of St. Jean Bay. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located in the main complex while bedrooms 3 and 4 are set in separate bungalows. All four bedrooms have king beds, air-conditioning, and private bathrooms with showers.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: The living room, kitchen and terrace dining rooms of Villa Sous La Falaise are located in the main house facing the sea. The tasteful furnishings include a TV, VCR, and CD stereo.
KITCHEN: Fully-equipped with stove, double oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. The kitchen has place settings for 8. There is an outdoor BBQ next to the gazebo at pool level.
ACCESS/PARKING/DOCK: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth. Parking lot close to villa. Dock access by dinghy.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
