The wonderful villa Ti Chalet perched in the hills of Petite Saline offers dramatic hillside vistas and seaviews over Lorient Bay, with the islands of Anguilla and St. Martin in the distance. The generous terrace provides covered living and dining areas as well as plenty of space for sunning or relaxing in the hammock.

BEDROOMS: There are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins (that can be put together). Each of the two bathrooms includes a shower. One bedroom also has a personal safe. The mezzanine overlooking the living room includes an additional two twin beds. This area is not air-conditioned but it does make it possible for up to six persons to stay in Villa Ti Chalet.
LIVING / DINING: The living and dining area, comfortably furnished in natural rattan and teak, opens to the covered terrace. There is US Satellite TV with a VCR and DVD player and a stereo. Additional sitting and dining areas are located on the covered terrace.
KITCHEN: The compact kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
