Villa Ushuaia enjoys unusual privacy from its hillside perch while remaining within easy walking distance to magnificent Flamands Beach. For those who also want to visit the secluded sands of Colombier Beach, the hiking path is nearby.

BEDROOMS: Three of the bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, ceiling fans and private baths with tub/shower combos; two of these bedrooms also have personal safes. The fourth bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has an adjoining bathroom with shower. All four bedrooms include air-conditioning with window screens and open to the terrace and a lovely view of the sea.
LIVING / DINING: The tastefully decorated living and dining area of Villa Ushuaia is fully screened and overlooks the sea. A home cinema system is located on an air-conditioned mezzanine above the living room, with comfortable seating, French and US satellite TV, DVD player, CD system and a small refrigerator. The villa is also equipped with WiFi Internet access. Both the interior and exterior dining areas enjoy seaviews.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, espresso machine and place settings for eight. There's an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

2 bedrooms: $10,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
4 bedrooms: $8,500 per week
3 bedrooms: $7,500 per week

Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
