This attractive new villa with colorful decor and wonderful seaviews is built in the traditional St. Barth bungalow style. Conveniently located in the hills overlooking St. Jean, Villa Canopée is just a two minute drive to the famous beach, boutiques and restaurants. Some guests may even choose to walk to the beach. This tasteful home offers two seaview bedrooms, one located on the ground floor with the living area, TV room and kitchen; the other on the upper level, next to the pool, making this an ideal retreat for two couples or a family with older children.

BEDROOMS: Both tastefully furnished bedrooms have queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, screens, safes, and private bathrooms with showers. One bedroom is on the ground floor; the second is located on the upper level for good separation and privacy.
LIVING / DINING: The living room is located on the covered terrace with an adjacent indoor TV room, equipped with French satellite TV (with an English news channel), a DVD player and a stereo CD player. The covered gazebo on the upper pool level offers an additional, comfortable sitting area. There is an interior dining table for four adjacent to the kitchen plus a large table for eight situated on the sunny terrace. Villa Canopée includes WiFi / ADSL internet access.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffeemaker. There are place settings for six and a gas BBQ.
RESTRICTIONS: Owner must approve families with children.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
