Surrounded by lovely tropical gardens, this luxurious, impeccably maintained home includes decks and terraces to take full advantage of its magnificent vistas.
RECREATION FACILITIES: Pool and jacuzzi
BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms of Villa L'Enclos include air-conditioning and private baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: The indoor living room is separated from the kitchen by a bar. There is a TV, VCR, and Stereo with CD in the living room. The dining area, with its table for 6 persons, is on the covered patio. On the lovely terrace surrounding the pool, there is a gazebo with another table for 4 persons. Outdoor BBQ.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker. The kitchen has place settings for 6 persons
ACCESS/PARKING: Access road is paved but very steep. 4 WD car required. Parking for 2 cars on site.

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: January 11 to April 15
1 or 2 bedrooms: $7,600 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
1 or 2 bedrooms: $5,200 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
