RECREATION FACILITIES: Pool (heated in the winter months)
BEDROOMS: The two air-conditioned bedrooms located on the upper floor are furnished with king beds and enjoy sea views from their private terraces. These bedrooms also have personal safes and attractive private bathrooms with dressing areas, double sinks and showers. The ground floor bedroom has twin beds, air-conditioning, a personal safe and a private bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING: The interior media room is comfortably furnished and air-conditioned for enjoyment of the home cinema system. There is an adjacent guest bathroom. A generous covered terrace provides a second living area with large couches overlooking the pool and view. Additional seating and lounge chairs surround the pool. The interior dining room with a table for eight is located adjacent to the kitchen, with smaller dining tables on the covered terrace. Villa Kuban is also equipped with US satellite for TV, a DVD player, stereo, and a fax machine.
KITCHEN: The spacious, gourmet kitchen of Villa Kuban features state-of-the-art appliances including a stove, double ovens (one gas, the other electric), microwave, refrigerator, wine cooler, dishwasher, garbage disposal and place settings for twelve persons. There is also an outdoor BBQ.
RESTRICTIONS: No children under the age of 12.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
