LIVING / DINING: Elegant new furnishings and tasteful accents distinguish the large living room equipped with satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo CD system and ceiling fan. There is an interior dining room as well as the beachfront gazebo with dining table. The living and dining area is air-conditioned.
RESTRICTIONS: No smoking villa. Additional beds are not allowed in bedrooms.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: December 15 to April 15*
3 bedrooms: $13,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $8,500 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
