BEDROOM: The lovely bedroom with a four poster king bed has air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a bathroom with an indoor / outdoor shower.
KITCHEN: Equipment in the air-conditioned kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor BBQ.
LIVING / DINING: The refined living room of Villa Le Cottage is beautifully furnished and equipped with with a large screen satellite TV, a DVD and VCR, plus a stero CD system. There is also an interior dining area. The room opens to the covered terrace with additional comfortable seating and a second dining table.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: December 15 to April 15*
1 bedroom: $7,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
1 bedroom: $6,000 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
