A luxury one bedroom property, Villa Le Cottage, located just a short walk from Villa Jardin de la Mer, can be rented separately if additional space is required.

BEDROOMS: Four of Villa Jardin de la Mer's spacious bedrooms feature king beds, ceiling fans, TVs with DVD players and private bathrooms with showers. The smaller fifth and sixth bedrooms are each furnished with two twin beds and share a bathroom. All six bedrooms are air-conditioned.
KITCHEN: Appliances in the air-conditioned kitchen include a custom stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
LIVING / DINING: Comfortable, stylishly furnished interior living and dining areas open to the terrace and view. A large plasma screen satellite TV with DVD player and a stereo CD / tape player are located in the air-conditioned living room. An attractive conversation area and an additional dining table are both available on the large covered terrace.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: December 15 to April 15*
4, 5 or 6 bedrooms: $17,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
4, 5 or 6 bedrooms: $10,000 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
