BEDROOMS: All three bedrooms have king beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, window screens, personal safes, CD players, and TVs with DVD players. Each bedroom has a spacious private bathroom with shower.
KITCHEN: Tastefully appointed with granite counters and fully-equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, blender, toaster, and coffee-maker. The spacious gazebo includes a large, professional-quality gas BBQ.
LIVING / DINING: The vast living and dining area of Villa Mersoleil is tastefully furnished in modern Caribbean style. There are two dining areas, one off the air-conditioned living room, and the second under the gazebo, both with sea views. Comfortable sitting areas on the covered terrace extend the living space outdoors. Amenities include a large, flat screen TV with VCR/DVD and a CD system.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: December 15 to April 15*
3 bedrooms: $8,400 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $5,200 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
