Villa Monaco is a beautiful example of French St. Martin's most charming and inviting architecture. Located on a hilltop with fantastic Caribbean and sunset views, this sophisticated Caribbean-style villa features three bedrooms on two levels and a gorgeous pool.

BEDROOMS: There are two bedrooms of equal size on the upper level, one with a king bed and one with twin beds that can be converted to a king. A third bedroom with a king bed is located on the ground floor. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, screens and private baths with showers.
KITCHEN: Villa Monaco's equipment includes: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and a B.B.Q
LIVING / DINING: The indoor living/dining areas are furnished in a lovely combination of teak, wicker and wrought iron. There is a satellite TV, DVD, stereo CD system and a ceiling fan. There is a second dining area on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and view.
MISCELLANEOUS: Internet access, washer/dryer, personal safe

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: December 15 to April 15*
3 bedrooms: $5,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $3,500 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
