Nestled just steps above the peaceful waters of beautiful Plum Bay at the sandy, northern end of the beach, this tastefully furnished retreat enjoys a spectacular view and excellent privacy. A locked gate at the bottom of the short private path to the beach provides security. Villa Plum Point is located in the exclusive Terres Basse area.

BEDROOM: Both air-conditioned bedrooms are furnished with king beds and equipped with ceiling fans and window screens. The master bedroom with private bathroom opens to the exterior terrace only. The second bedroom opens to the interior of the villa and has its bathroom located in the hall. Both bathrooms have showers.
KITCHEN: Equipment in Villa Plum Point's kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor BBQ.
LIVING / DINING: The tasteful living room is comfortably furnished in rattan and is equipped with with satellite TV and a DVD player. There is also an interior dining area. The room opens to the covered terrace with lounge chairs and a view.
MISCELLANEOUS: Internet access, electric gate, washer, dryer, personal safe

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: December 15 to April 15*
2 bedrooms: $5,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $4,000 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
