Situated on a dramatic cliffside, Pointe des Fleurs features a private stairway to a secluded sandy beach. There are spectacular panoramic views of the Caribbean and Baie Rouge Beach from the gazebo, pool deck and glassed-in living areas.

BEDROOMS: Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds. Bedrooms three and four have twin beds. All Villa Pointe des Fleurs' bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, ceiling fans and screens. One of the king bedrooms also has a bathtub.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, and B.B.Q.
LIVING ROOM: Tastefully furnished. Equipment included satellite TV, DVD, VCR and stereo CD system.
MISCELLANEOUS: Internet access, washer/dryer (downstairs), personal safe, electric gate

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: December 15 to April 15*
4 bedrooms: $7,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
4 bedrooms: $4,600 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
