BEDROOMS: Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and private bathrooms with showers. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and a private showers. All Villa Serena's bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, walk-in closets and French doors. The sixth bedroom, which is part of a suite, features a large dressing area and small refrigerator.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes: Stove, Oven, Microwave, two Refrigerators, Freezer, Ice Machine, Blender, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and B.B.Q.

Low season: April 16 to December 14

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
