This beautiful home in the preferred Terres Basses area was was enlarged and completely renovated in late 2004. A new master suite located in a separate bungalow and a beautifully furnished poolside gazebo add to the gracious beauty of this distinctive retreat.

BEDROOMS: There are three elegantly furnished bedrooms with king beds, two in the main house, the third, a new master suite with expansive sitting area, located in a separate bungalow. The attractive fourth bedroom is smaller and furnished with a queen bed. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs and DVD players, some screened windows, and large private bathrooms with showers.
KITCHEN: The fabulous new kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
LIVING / DINING: Tastefully furnished in a comfortable contemporary style, the spacious living room of Villa Terrasse de Mer overlooks the pool terrace and view. This inviting room features an oversized plasma screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player, plus a stereo system. Nearly 200 DVDs are available for viewing. A view terrace plus the lovely poolside gazebo expand the living area to the outdoors. The elegant dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and enjoys an extraordinary sea view.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: December 15 to April 15*
4 bedrooms: $12,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
4 bedrooms: $7,000 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
