Nestled in a tropical garden near the Esmeralda Resort, this lovely home is just a three minute walk from the white sands of spectacular, mile-long Orient Beach. Sea views from the Villa Sunbird's covered outdoor terrace include the offshore islets of Tintamarre and Pinel.
The villa's charming interior is decorated in a colorful Caribbean style with air-conditioning in both the living room and bedroom areas. Outdoor amenities include a large swimming pool and wooden sun deck. This is an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the popular activities and restaurants of Orient Beach.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has twin beds. All bedrooms include air-conditioning, screens, ceiling fans and private baths with showers. The master bedroom has a personal safe.
KITCHEN: Villa Sunbird's fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee-maker. There is an outdoor BBQ.
LIVING/DINING: The comfortable living room is air-conditioned and the dining area is on the covered terrace, taking full advantage of the view. The dining table seats six persons.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

2 bedrooms: $2,940 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $2,450 per week
2 bedrooms: $1,970 per week

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
