This lovely home is only a ten minute walk down to Plum Bay Beach or a three minute drive to Baie Rouge beach.

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms have king beds (one can be converted to two twins), air-conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathrooms. Individual iPod speaker systems in each bedroom.
KITCHEN: Equipment in the kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker.
LIVING / DINING: Tropical sophistication characterizes the indoor living and dining area of Villa Falaise des Oiseaux. Sliding doors from the living room lead to the terrace with outdoor dining and the pool, both with expansive views. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and VCR. The stereo CD system includes iPod compatibility, speakers in bedrooms and outdoor speakers.
MISCELLANEOUS: Internet access, washer/dryer, electric gate.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $2,900 per week

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
