Built on three levels and featuring an air conditioned gym with exercise equipment and its own full bathroom, the exceptional Villa Jasmin is surrounded by lovely gardens, easily surveyed from the upper level sundeck with its heated Jacuzzi.

BEDROOMS: Four bedrooms are located on the main level along with the living room, kitchen and pool. The fifth bedroom is situated on the lower level, adjacent to the air conditioned gym. Four bedrooms are furnished with king beds; the fifth bedroom has a full and a twin bed. All five air conditioned bedrooms of Villa Jasmin feature walk-in closets, spacious private bathrooms with double sink and shower, TV / DVD players, and small refrigerators.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker along with a washing machine. The gas BBQ is housed in the villa's gazebo.
LIVING / DINING: The oversized living room, which features high ceilings and stylish contemporary furnishings, overlooks the pool and opens to an expansive covered terrace furnished with a large dining table for ten. The living room also includes game tables and a large screen Satellite TV plus DVD and stereo CD players.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

High season: December 15 to April 15*
5 bedrooms: $9,400 per week
4 bedrooms: $6,900 per week
3 bedrooms: $5,800 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
5 bedrooms: $6,700 per week
3 or 4 bedrooms: $5,500 per week

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
