Villa Joie de Vivre enjoys a setting on nearly 4.5 waterfront acres in the exclusive Terres Basses section. This tri-level home was designed with privacy in mind with only one bedroom per level. Its lovely architecture, quality amenities and tasteful furnishings combine to make it one of the area's most popular villas.
RECREATION FACILITIES: Swimming Pool (17’ x 40’)
BEDROOMS: All three spacious bedrooms have king beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TV / VCRs, large closets, and private bathrooms with showers. One bedroom is located on each of the villa’s three levels.
KITCHEN: The emphasis is on mahogany in this fully-equipped kitchen. A stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffeemaker are included.
LIVING / DINING: Several living areas, including those in the main house, on the covered terrace, and in the large, poolside gazebo all offer different views and their own delightful ambiance. A tasteful combination of antiques, quality rattan, and hardwood furnishings are found throughout the villa. Villa Joie de Vivre's living room has a satellite TV, DVD and VCR as well as a stereo CD system with iPod compatibility that provides music to each room. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas are provided.
MISCELLANEOUS: Fax machine with separate line, Internet access, washer/dryer, electric gate. Caretaker on premises in separate cottage with friendly dogs. The maid will provide personal laundry or chef services at additional cost
RESTRICTIONS: No children under 18 years of age. Villa is not suitable for persons with difficulty negotiating stairs.

Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $7,800 per week
2 bedrooms: $6,500 per week
