With splendid sea views from its hillside location in the gated Orient Bay Village, this very private luxury villa is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the many attractions this popular area has to offer. Villa Méditerranée offers an exceptional range of choices for day or night relaxation and enjoyment, featuring air-conditioned living and dining rooms, an expansive covered terrace and a very spacious pool deck with teak loungers. A twin bed in one king bedroom expands the villa to comfortably sleep nine friends or family members.
RECREATION FACILITIES: Pool (16' x 26’), large jacuzzi
BEDROOMS: All four air-conditioned bedrooms open to the interior of the villa. The master bedroom is located on the upper level; the other three are on the main floor. Each spacious bedroom is furnished with a mahogany king bed, and one bedroom is also furnished with a twin bed for a ninth person. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
KITCHEN: Villa Mediterranée's air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
LIVING / DINING: Furnished in contemporary Caribbean style, the expansive living / dining area is air-conditioned and opens to a large, covered verandah with additional seating and dining options. The living room has a large satellite TV plus DVD and stereo CD players.
MISCELLANEOUS: Gated entry, washer/dryer, 2 personal safes

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
