This beautiful Spanish-style villa is set directly on Baie Rouge beach, one of St. Martin’s most spectacular stretches of sand. Elegant columns, curved archways, a covered gazebo and a charming fountain distinguish this spacious home in the exclusive Terres Basses area. With tasteful furnishings and air-conditioning available throughout the house, Villa La Mission provides a cool, comfortable haven just a few steps from the beach and the sea.

BEDROOMS: All four air-conditioned bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms with showers.
KITCHEN: The air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, blender, toaster and coffee maker.
LIVING / DINING: The spacious, air-conditioned living and dining area of Villa La Mission opens onto a dramatic terrace overlooking the beach. The colorful decor and modern furnishings including satellite TV, VCR and stereo system make this space an inviting refuge. Lounging and dining areas on the terrace extend the living space to the edge of the beach.
MISCELLANEOUS: Internet access, washer and dryer.
RESTRICTIONS: No children under age 10 except for infants.
NOTE: Security/Damage Deposit required ($1,000 per week)

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: December 15 to April 15*
4 bedrooms: $7,200 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
4 bedrooms: $4,600 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
