BEDROOMS: Located on the lower level with the living / dining room and kitchen, the spacious master bedroom features a queen platform bed, a private view terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. On the upper level, one bedroom offers a king bed, an expansive sitting area with a queen sofa bed, and a private bathroom with tub. The third bedroom is also on the upper level and furnished with a king bed. The separate bathroom is located in the hallway and can also be accessed from the TV room on the same level, whose furnishings include another queen-sized sofa bed. All bedrooms and the TV room are air-conditioned.
KITCHEN: The air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
LIVING / DINING: An oversized living room and a formal dining area furnished with a table for twelve open to the large terrace and the captivating view. The Penthouse's terrace is partially covered and accommodates the jacuzzi, lounge chairs and a second dining area. The comfortably furnished second floor TV room includes a TV and DVD player and the apartment also has a stereo with CD player.

3 bedrooms: $6,800 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $5,000 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
