BEDROOMS: Four of the bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans and window screens. Two bedrooms have king beds; the other three are furnished with queen beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers. One queen bedroom also has a tub in the bathroom.
KITCHEN: The kitchen of Villa Rayner is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker.
LIVING / DINING: French doors lead from the gracious living room to a canopied terrace with sitting and dining areas overlooking the pool, sundeck and the sea beyond. The living room includes an interesting collection of books, a TV / VCR and a stereo.
