BEDROOMS: The two large master suites with king beds include televisions with VCR/DVD as well as private safes. The third bedroom with queen bed is equipped with a TV and private safe. The fourth bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a TV. All four bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, and each has a private marble bathroom with shower.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker.
LIVING / DINING: Villa Belle Mer's living room, furnished in cool blues and white, opens onto a large covered terrace where the living and dining areas provide views of the pool and the sea. The living room is air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV with DVD player plus a stereo CD system. A comfortable sitting area on the second floor also offers sea views. Both indoor and terrace dining areas are provided. There is a powder room just off the living room.
MISCELLANEOUS: Internet access, washer/dryer, three private safes.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

2 bedrooms: $5,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
4 bedrooms: $6,400 per week

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
