Villa Seagrape's majestic location in exclusive Terres-Basses is only a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to Baie Rouge, one of St. Martin’s longest and most beautiful beaches.

LIVING / DINING: The glass-enclosed living/dining area can be opened to the pool or enjoyed in air-conditioned comfort. In either case, there are spectacular sea views. A stereo system, cable TV, VCR and DVD are included. The charming gazebo on the terrace of Villa Seagrapes provides a covered outdoor dining area and the large pool features a sloped, beach-like entry to the water.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.

RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: December 15 to April 15*
3 bedrooms: $6,300 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $4,200 per week
*Winter Holidays: For reservations that include December 24 and/or December 31, please contact French Caribbean Villas for rates and minimum stay requirements.
Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
